Where are you based?
We are based in Welgemoed, Cape Town and offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. While we don’t have a physical store, customers in the Welgemoed area can contact us to arrange collection or free local delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 working days, depending on your location. If an item is on backorder, additional processing time may apply before shipping.
Do I need an app to collect my order?
No — you’ll receive a PIN via SMS and email. Simply enter the PIN at the locker to collect your parcel.
What happens if I don’t collect my parcel in time?
Parcels must be collected within 36–48 hours. If not collected, they may be returned and additional shipping fees may apply.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made using high-quality PLA filament, which is durable and commonly used in 3D printing.
