At Kandré, all products are made-to-order 3D printed items. Because of this, we have a strict but fair refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Items ordered in specific colours or configurations

Eligible Refunds & Returns

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive the incorrect item

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: admin@kandre.co.za
  • or WhatsApp on 075 201 8974
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • After this, production may have started and cancellation is no longer possible
